Police have released pictures of two men they want to speak to after a man’s wallet and phone were stolen during an attack and his bank car used for a takeaway and £500 Tesco shop.The theft happened near The New Union pub on Princess Street in Manchester's Gay Village between 2.30 and 2.40am on Sunday, April 14 , police said.The victim reported he was assaulted before his wallet and phone were stolen. No arrests have been made at this stage.
In an appeal issued today , officers shared a photo of the two men they now want to speak to about what happened. Anyone who recognises them - or who has any information - is being urged to get in touch.Alternatively, details can be passed on anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
