I used my retirement to pay my children's student loans. I then went back to work. can it be retroactive. what us behind done about lowering college costs? pushing the costs over to taxpayers is not acceptable

Govt to control admissions, what's taught or not taught, built or not built, updated or not, etc. States also control the 'state' schools & would never relinquish. Teacher's union is still the most powerful org in the US. Who gets the multi billion endowments at the schools?
