Due to having trusted her lover, a woman ended up with a debt of up to RM600,000 after making various loans from multiple parties including 7 loan sharks.

According to a report by Buletin TV3, the 33-year-old victim known as Low shared that she had met her now ex-boyfriend back in 2017, when they both attended the same function. Soon after, they had began dating before breaking up 2 years ago.“At the end of 2018, he experienced financial problems and asked me to take up a loan because he was apparently blacklisted by financial institutions.

“At the same time, I found out he was in a relationship with another woman when some of his victims contacted me. They claimed that my ex-boyfriend had cheated large amounts of money from them and asked me to pay it.”
